For Easton,

I have a grill and griddle that we can cook quite a few burgers, pancakes, french toast, at a time, or whatever else we want to cook. I'll have the big ol' propane bottle hooked up so we'll be good for the weekend.

Anybody have a collapsible picnic table to bring? Or do they have some there?

I can also bring my extra big 10x20 shelter to use for whatever (the one they sell at Costco). Only take about 1/2 hour at the most to set up. Maybe set up the kitchen in it. That way if the weather isn't so great, we have some cover.

How about if I bring a box bags of hamburger patties, hot dogs, and buns? I love shopping at Costco.
Anybody else want to make a run to Costco to go shopping before we go????? It's so much fun.

I also have another good idea for food. But let me think it through before I bring it up. I think it will work out well and make it easy for everybody. We have done it before and it works good. I actually have two ideas, so let me figure out which will be best for this large of a group.

Sounds like a logistical nightmare to me Quad4fun. I think you will find that its probably alot easier if you want to do a pot luck to limit it to 1 or 2 meals. Like, a dinner and then a breakfast. Plus you are going to have people on different schedules or when they can arrive there and when the are to return home. Also, some may like to eat at a certain time or go riding at certain times. Just thoughts for this campout.

If you do decide to do a potluck dinner maybe each family can volunteer what they might want to bring. We are also going to need a total number of people. Sounds like it might be lots.

Just my opinion,

Nick

****EASTON CAMPERS****

I have created a database in Yahoo PSAR, go in and put your information for the potluck meals.

I made an executive decision to have Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast because some are coming on Saturday and some are leaving on Sunday so this is pretty much in the middle.
Just click on DATABASE, ADD RECORD and input your info. That way we can keep track of what's going to be there for food.

Sean, you had some great ideas but not knowing the real count because things can change by then for some makes it a little easier to just have a couple of planned group meals. Also as Nick said, some like a little bit different schedule than others. This should be fun though and we should have plenty of great tastes from everyone. I also added a field for anything you want to bring to share with the group, I have a great corn place here in the valley and I hope it's ready by then because it is the most awesome corn in the state.

If anyone wants to change this just say so, we are very flexible
