Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

I have a large double cooktp that I have griddle and BBQ attachments for. I always bring when camping. We also have a 12X12 canopy that we bring. I have to second Hollywood's idea on the potluck dinner and breakfast. I am a very early riser even while camping, and I don't eat much for lunch. Plus not everyone will be over there for all the meals.

For those that don't know, each campsite at Easton has a picnic table and there are bathrooms with showers for 25 cents for 5 min, I believe. The bathrooms also have outlets for dryers, my kind of camping!!

We might try to bring our grill and we have our stove and extras too, I know Berta does too. I like to put a few tables together so that you have a place to sit and eat or play cards or something too and keep the cooking over to one or two areas.

Starting to get excited here : 23 days to go!

I'll be at Reiter on Sat with at least 1 or two more riders. Looking forward to meet everyone then.

So as to not create confusion, I deleted my post with the meal suggestions. They were just suggestions I threw out, I don't mind doing whatever works for everybody. With a short amount of time, may be easier to do it the way we are doing it. I like the Dinner Breakfast thing.

Honestly, with time to plan, the splitting the meal thing is actually pretty easy to do. Makes it easier to plan. But it doesn't work for everybody and every situation.

Sounds like we will have lots of cooking paraphenalia and supplies.

I think I'll still buy lots of hamburgers, dogs, buns, for lunch one day.

Just a reminder to everyone going to Reiter this Saturday. UPPER staging area. About two miles past lower staging area (you can't miss lower staging area). Dirt/gravel road to the left. Follow it to the powerlines. That is the staging area.
