Welcome to the thread Panther,

Belfair, (Tahuya) is temporarily closed due to downed trees and washed out bridges, will be interesting to see how long it stays closed. Other than Belfair, you can ride the logging roads of Capitol Forest. The trails at Capitol are closed for the winter, but road riding there can be very fun. Those are the two southern areas that would good for kids, depending on how old they are, so, they aren't alot of choices at this point.
