Good luck with the rappy, hope all goes well. I'll keep that weekend in mind, I think that's a four day weekend for me so it shouldn't be any problem.
A group of MX'ers huh, sounds like fun, sounds like a day of "hey guys wait for me, man which way did they go", I'll make sure another slow going rider attends to keep me company hehe.
Thanks for the offer of breakfast, I know we can always count on you, for you and Julie are the hospitality King and Queen of the campsite.
Take care, have a great week, don't work too hard

Hello everyone! Sorry its been a while since I've been online.. Once a person misses a day or two the thread gets outa control and hard to follow! lol I havent even had the quads out in a over a month! UUUGH!! Hard finding the time with the kids in school... I think Im gonna pull them out and "home school" them out on the trails!
We drove down to Cap forest this morning looking for snow to play in, but its all melted. As soon as we get more we're headed up to play. Shouldnt be too long.
Things are great down here in OLY... Kids are fine, Wife is .... umm.. well... err... shes fine too.. LOL ( I dont want to get in trouble ) LOL
Actually shes got a better job now making MORE $ than I am.. WAHOO!!! We are planning on going to look at "week end Warroir toy haulers tomorrow morning... We're thinking of getting something she can sleep in rather than leave everynight and go home when we camp. Weekend Warrior make an Ultra Light hauler that we're thinking about. She has to be 100% in agreement about wanting one and has to promise that she'll camp with us if we get one.... Or I wont get it.... IF we decide to go with one, I'll have to sell the gto to buy it... So we have to think on it for a while.
Hey Bill, you still doin wheelies?
Stay safe on the trails! We'll meet up for a campin trip this spring! I'll do breakfast....

(but Yam926 copied me, with more spectacular results at Tahuya 2 weeks later!! )
Looking forward to breakfast again!!

Hey everybody
Made it back from Beverly alright, Rusty, Jim, Kenny and myself met up with 2mnyToyz-Karl, about 9:30 Saturday morning and rode till about 4:30. The weather was awesome, 45, clear, no wind, probably not more than 20 people out there all day.
Was a typical day at Beverly, rat racing, drag racing on the flats, Karl's Predator and the Raptors were neck and neck or a bike lengths difference, with Karl winning 90 percent of the time and jamming through the trails snapping flags on the trees.
At the end of the day, we were all dog tired, well except for Karl, he didn't seem phased at all. It was a great day of riding.

Great meeting you and your family, hope to get together again real soon. Thanks for the offers of water back at the campsite, and that was a heavenly looking sandwich Tammy made for you, you lucky dog. Have fun today, hope you get to meet up with Cheech at Moses Lake.

Hi guys, I just wanted to let everyone know, we had the DNR scheduling meeting for events in 2004 for the Tahuya. Our poker runs will be Saturday May 1st, and Sunday October 10th. Remember, these are "ATV ONLY" poker runs. I will put out more information about sign-up in January. Hope to see all of you there.

HappaRap,
It was great to meet you and your riding buddies, I had a blast! It's nice to meet up with people that just enjoy riding. The weather was really nice too.
Thanks for the accolades, but I think you and Jim won a few more times than that. Those bikes are pretty much equal. Most of the time, whom ever got the start won the race.
We stayed the night and came home this morning... unfortunately. I'll be bringing the bike back to the dealer Tuesday to have it looked at again. We'll see how things go there. The owner is a really nice guy and I don't want him to think I'm trying to take advantage of him, but I don't think I should have dropped any gears on a fresh tranny... If this is a problem that he can't fix, then I'll be forced to sell the bike and get a different one. Who knows, I might be sporting an 04 the next time... They do advertise an updated transmission for the 04 models...
I still have the Scrambler to ride in the meantime. I look forward to riding with more of the forum.
Cheech,
I hope you didn't look for us at Moses Lake... The bike broke at the end of the day at Beverly and didn't bring a back-up, so we packed it in. Sorry.

Hey there All,
WOW, I while back I found this thread. I thought it was cool so went back and read through all the posts. I just got done reading the last 6 or 7 pages. I feel like I know everybody already and haven't even talked to you all yet. This is definately a fun and very friendly group of people. There are fast riders (that pass up those that have run off the trail.. LOL), slow riders, early risers, late risers, those that offer up coffee and breakfast, those that offer rides to others because they don't have a hitch, those that occassionally try to move trees out of the way (ouch, I hope you guys are feeling better and getting over your bumps and bruises), and on and on. Sounds like most have the fast sporty quads, not sure how many utility types there are. I have been to Tahuya (maps don't help because trails have changed and DNR isn't making new maps). I know this because I have taken "Gilligan's Tour" (a 1/2 hr ride that turned into 3 hours). Sounds like some of you have been in the same boat to. Been to Evans Creek (yikes), and over to Conconully in Eastern WA (very quad friendly over there). Looking forward to running some of the longer trails over in Eastern WA. I hope to be able to come out and ride soon with all of you. I have to heal my knee up from an injury first, not quad related. Take care and hope to chat with you.
