Hey Joel, or Jolene, or even anyone else. Would anyone happen to have an extra airbox for a 400EX laying around I could purchase? I need one for Nate's 400EX, Cindy may ride it down at Sand Lake when we go in August (if I can talk her into it).

Sean, if hse was laid off or fired without cause, she IS eligible for unemployment compensation AFTER a two week waiting period.
She should be able to go to an office and use a direct line from there. They also have clerks to help answer questions. I would do what Val suggested and call at another time to get a different person. Tammy's old employer is REQUIRED to respond very quickly to any inquiries from unemploymwnt department. Tammy is also entitled to back benefits if there is more than a two week delay in receiving her benefits. Good luck with it all.

Hi VAL and ROD,
Thanks for the info.
That is what I believe also. That is how I thought it was suppose to work.
We just need to get is squared away.
I don't know why they have to make it so hard.
They told her the School District has until August something to get there hour verification back, that doesn't maek sense to me, that's not a timely manner.
Anyway, thanks for the words, and we'll work through it.
Thanks a Bunch

WOW,
Having to claim unemployment is confusing. No office to go to, have to do it over the phone. The guy Tam has to talk to is kinda short and rude. The whole process is confusing, they have her in fits trying to figure this out. Mostly just because we don't understand and they don't explain it very well. They need this and that from her employer, they don't have to send the info til sometime in August. Which means no benefits until mid August, and they don't go back and pay you for the time you've been waiting.
All way confusing, but we'll wait it out I guess and see what happens.
In the meantime, sellin the trailer and putting the money is savings.
Don't want to get the Bronco fixed yet.
Might need that money to get by for next two months since Tam's not working. Hhhmmm
Things will work out, all in time.
Sorry for off topic BS

Thanks BigD,
She tried that to, but she had some questions so she had to call them.
That's when the fun started.
But I'll look at the link you sent and see for myself.
Thanks a Bunch

I had the misfortune to be off work with an injury for over a year. Had to deal with lots of insurance and, because it was an on the job injury, state offices and the people working in them. I got in the habit of getting the persons name who was talking to me. You would be amazed how much more helpful they are when they know you can identify them. This is also very helpful when you get bad information as you can call this person back and enlist their, now very motivated, help in correcting any problems. You guys are lucky to have state insurance, I was injured on the job and was out of work for 8 years fighting with a private insurance carrier that was supposed to adhear to the same regulations of the state insurance carries. They didn't have any problem paying me monthly, which I didn't want, I just wanted to get back to work but they didn't see it that way. They would do nothing to help me get back to work, so after all those years I told them to stick it, sent their checks back and got a job myself, that was 6 years ago and I've never been happier
