I was just wondering if anyone knows of any trails in Elkhorn. A few people told me that there are trails there but I can't find anything on any websites. I know they were talking about putting some trails in the Kettle Moraine Forest but I doubt that will ever happen. Let me know if you know any trails down there. Thanks.

 

The only trail that I'm aware of is at Bong Recreational Area. I believe there is 'bout a 8 mile loop, but not sure of the open times. The only other trail system in southern Wi., is at Monroe, west to Mineral Point. The lenght is roughly 47 miles, one way. However, watch your speed there, they enforce a 30mph max. limit!

 

Yeah I know about bong just a couple boring loops in a field. But I heard about trails in Elkhorn but still haven't found out where they are if there is really any there. Thanks though.
