Default MXWorld in Courtland, VA

A couple of us are heading down there tomorrow morning (24 AUG). There is a MX track that is supposed to be nicely groomed and wide enough for head-to-head quad racing and also some woods trails. Gary runs the track (757) 617-0371 and it's $20 for the day. Take 95S to 58E, then a right on Medicine Springs Road, then a left at Lot #7.

Had an awesome time at this track but I am so sore I can hardly walk:-) After 6 weeks of very little physical activity (broken hand), my body is waaaay out of shape. The MXWorld track is long and fast, a couple of table tops, 2 whoops sections, and at least a dozen doubles. All the jumps except one were nice and square, no problem getting big air on a quad. The track is easily wide enough for 2 quads to run side by side, that made things extra fun in the whoops. No mud or water holes on the track, mostly sandy loam with nice banked turns. My buddy and I were the only quads on the track and there were only a handful of bikes throughout the day. Highly recommend this practice track for anyone wanting to practice MX in the Richmond or Chesapeake VA area.
