Just so that yall know the area in The Colony is CLOSED. It is big time illegal to ride out there now. Yes the trails are still there as some folks are sneaking out there in the middle of the night and they havent overgrown yet. Both the Colony police and Frisco police patrol the area and are handing out tickets for tresspassing. That land has been bought and will be developed. The home owners of all those nice houses dont want us rednecks riding near them.

OOPS! I was just there about 4 weeks ago. Did not see a no trespassing sign anywhere. I parked and entered on the South side next to the baseball fields, but found that you can access from the North side where they are developing. Bummer. Another place gone.

orangerocket- I was up at Little Sahara on Saturday. It was perfect... cool and cloudy. It rained on us all the way up there from OKC and the sand was wet from rain before we got there at noon. Call me crazy, but the stock Holeshot tires work extremely well in the sand. The paddles I have tried did not work as well. I saw several V Forces up there. One had DMC Alien duals and it was loud!!!

We ended up going to the Red River ATV park. We got there raining on labor day and it was awsome. We had mud inside our brains when we got back. The trails as well as the jump areas were in very good shape and the mud holes had at least 18" of fresh lava. I hear that when it's dry the conditions totally change with the sand. Would like to come back there again.

My buddies and I were also up at the river for the tex games (labor day weekend). I was on my bike (see sig.) my buddies were on 1 cr125 and a blue&white 250r. You might have seen us might not, we had a great time. It sucks up there when its hot and dry, cant see in front of your face and have to clean your air filter after about 3 hours of riding.
