Sunday Nov.9th, at Rockport Off-Road Park there will be a day of trailriding, lots of prizes, poker run, free lunch and fun for all. Cost is $15 and all ages 13 and under get in the park free that day with a parent present. A great all day event for all ages. 9am-5pm. www.rorp.com

For those that haven't been to Rockport yet, it's a new riding area that just opened a couple of months ago in Central Illinois. It keeps getting better and better with new trails opening up all the time. We've been there several times and always have a great time. 400 acres of some pretty technical, and off camber trails to test your skills, and some very scenic views overlooking the Mississippi River Valley too. It is in west central Illinois. About 4 hours from Chicago or the Chicago area. 2miles north of jct hwy 54 and 96. Close by towns: Pittsfield, Quincy, Jacksonville, (Illinois towns) Louisiana, MO. , Hannibal, MO.

There are some really neat trails running from fairly easy to some that you need to run with a buddy and some ground clearance! The waterhole is a small lake created just for us to get wet in. The facilities are getting better all the time with continual improvement the name of the game. This is a great place to ride for quads and SUV's.
