Thats werid i was up there not long ago and it was 50 for outta state... dunno?
I talk to some of the trial desinger's and planners and they will have a new system of trails open this spring...
They weren't exactly sure how many miles but its supposed to be good...

WVRider02, the 1st two annual permits I bought were only $50. They raised the rate to $100 just after I got my 2nd permit (in 2002 I think). It is still a bargain in my opinion though, especially when you consider the quality and variety of riding that is available (the best I’ve ever experienced!). I hope to get down again in March of ’04 if not sooner. If the new trail system (number 5) is open then I will plan on setting aside one day to check it out...

I would love to go to Green Ridge this weekend, never been but cant wait to try some new places. Unfortunately I am on Xmas decorating duty this weekend. Yeah it sucks. I bought this quad for a toy but especially a winter toy. Summer is for boating. I plan on riding every weekend so I know there will be plenty of time to go out of my area to ride.
