Shaunon1,
Are the places in Alexandria big or are they kinda small? Are these places open to the public/legal to ride on? I wouldn't mind making a trip to Alexandria to ride at some place different if I knew it was worth making the long trip from Houston, and I knew that I wasn't going to be trespassing on private land when I got there.
Any info you can provide is most appreciated!

hey Mr. Carnage,
I'm from Louisiana too, we like to ride around Kisatchee National Forest near Leesville. Kisatchee is divided in several areas across La, and most people go to Camp Claiborne but forget about the other areas. The Vernon district above Leesville is a pretty good place to ride. We live in Sulphur, just West of Lake Charles and there are not many places around here to ride so we have been traveling to east texas and central La for rides.
Do y'all have any places to ride up there?
I ride with my wife and a few friends, we don't do the mud thing too much, our tires and bikes are factory and we don't plan on modifying them, we just like to ride and sipp on a beer or two.

Mike there are plenty of legal places to ride because we have so much forest land...No on the other hand if you want sand you have to go to Jena or Forest Hill which are both within 25 minutes.
