I am planning on going to Lil Saharah in March and wanted to know if anyone else was going or when they had planned on going.

 

We were looking at April for our trip. Looked at weatherbase.com for Waynoka and the temperatures are bit more agreeable then.

 

Colder weather seems to be better at sahara. Above 70 is too hot for me with full gear. Don't thing we could make it that soon, but would love to go.

 

Post when you do decide to go. You never know when I might get the wild idea to load up and head down there. Are you going by yourself?

You are coming all the way from Illinois to ride at Little Sahara? I will admit I have never been there (Going in feb) but I can't imagine it being THAT impressive. I hope I am pleasantly surprised but man....all the way from Illinois to ride in the sand?

We're supposed to be going Memorial Day Weekend.

 

Bobman...you bet we'll come that far! Biggindbs and I plan on loading up the Bom and the Raptor and making the trip maybe a couple of times this year if we like it. How is the riding in Mar/Apr out there?

We might even make the trip to Alero Texas this year too.

 

We have decided to go the 23rd of march, and we will be leaving the 28th......

for those who don't know...little sahara is nuts around ANY holiday. I'm assuming a few of you have been there. Spring break(around the 23rd of march) we plan on headin down there too. Went last year and it wasn't too bad around spring break, but any other holiday like memorial day etc..its packed
