Default Hill Climbs!!

Hi, Do you guys know where there are any hill climbs? In driving distance from southern california, all the ones that i can find are in the midwest or east coast.
Thx for your help.

I enjoy hill-climbing, but the hills I saw yesterday at Jawbone Canyon ventured into the "insane" category. Some of the stuff I was pretty sure my Prairie in 4X4 mode could do, but if it didn't, my beloved seventhousand dollor machine would likely take the tumble of death.

From Poway, Jawbone is probably a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive. There's some small yet steep hills out at Ocotillo Wells. That's not very far from Poway.

Hey Thx, Yea i just want a place to go watch really, I have a Lt 250R and I think I would cry if it rolled down the hill. So do a bunch of people all go there like a certain time of year or how does that work. I just saw these hill climbs like on the videos and i thought that it would be a blast to go to one of them!

Jawone had only mild traffic yesterday (Saturday), and most of the dirt bikers seemed to remain at the base of the hills. I don't know what the normal crowd size out there is because that was my first time there. Watching these guys tackle the seemingly impossible was pretty entertaining, though. Going up is one thing. Having to do a "Kamikazi" ride on the way back down is another. Some of those hills are probably a 1000 feet, or more. I'm content to be just a spectator for now.

Hey trinity 748

Do you really have a trinity 748 motor on your bike? How much did it cost? DO you like the performance? I heard that in 4 stroke wars that kingraptor did there were no trinity bikes that ran in it. Maybe you should check it out for next year. What kind of quad do you have? When was the last time you went to glamis? Are you going to president's weekend?
