Sorry Jim, one of the rare weekends that i'm working. If you go, look for trail 33. It's a loop so once you get on it, just stay with it and it will take you back to where you started. It's nothing difficult, just a few hills, and a few narrow places. It's just under 20 miles round trip.

Hey whats up man. I'm also new and read your post. Yeah I would stick to Hollister Hills, very good place. Trails everywhere. I myself stay on atv tracks cuz I love catching some air. Have fun if come down to Hollister.

Work on a weekend should be against the law. I know the feeling though, been working almost every week end for the last couple months. Roger hope to catch ya up there another time. If it is as nice as I here it is, probally will become a favorite spot.

WoW.. What a great day riding, We went up tp Pipi. Awesome place to just get a way and enjoy some nice trails and great weather. Definetly a must go to place if you never have been there before. Lots of places to stage, easy to moderate trails, not to far out of Sacramento.

Would a 2001 Yamaha Raptor 660 be a good starting quad? I know nothing about ATVs and what should I be looking out for when I purchse the ATV? How much does it cost to go to Prairie City? Would someone tell me some facts and crap? Thanks!!!

It depends on what kind of riding you want to do. If you like to go exploring, and take a few things along with you, then a raptor is probably not for you. If you just like tearing it up at places like prarie city. The raptor is probably right up your alley.
