Pismo Info & Pics
#2
i have a few of pismo if the link doesn't work just cut and paste
it's alot smaller than it use to be but it's still great fun, the man is out in force so you may want to do a search under california ohv area's to get legal info for out of staters, depending on the tide you may want to time your arrival you will need to cross a river to get to the riding area and at times it can get a little tough during high tide it's not so much the river as it is the tide at that time of the year the river will barely be flowing, helmet, flag, & spark arrestor will be needed
hope this helps some Ed...

Ok, thanks a bunch. my bro-in-law will be taking me. He lives in Hanford and rides there often so that should all be no problem. I hear it is around 1500 acres....for me that is huge!! Here in Iowa, our best riding park is 400 acres tops. I am excited!

Its a great place to ride! It's always nice and cool throughout the day. You could cruise the beach, ride the dunes or just camp and fish on the shore. One thing got to tell you, DONT put passengers behind a bed of a truck! DOnt speed on the 15 mph zone! Learned from experience. Speed on the beach, automatic 3pts on your driving record, might even get your bike impounded! Ok just have fun, all the times i went to pismo, never asked or looked for a sparkarrester or registration. Have fun ....
