Hi there,
I live out by Chardon, actually Hambden. I have access to my own 20 acres and my neighbors 20+ acres (only about 5-7 miles of trails all together) but everything is being closed up. Farms are being sold for developments and then people dont want to see or hear atvs. The farm behind me has changed owners (but not yet sold for a development) and the new owners won't let me ride there anymore. Its a sad situation. Just a couple of years ago, I could ride from Hambden to Leroy and into Thompson. But not anymore. (Unless someone has a secret route I dont know about!) I used to ride the rr parallel to Rt. 45. That's out now too. It's a bummer really.
I'll be listening for any info. that pops up.
Im also looking for some lady riders to ride with.

Your almost like a neighbor to me. I live ten seconds from chardon, ohio. My backyard is the border between the two. I'd like to ride somewhere to. I own a Polaris Predator and would like anywhere else to ride other than the the stinkin powerlines in Leroy.

It sure would be nice if Cleveland would give up a tiny portion of its many metroparks for a dedicated atv trail area. It seems Cleveland prefers to just ignore and opress atv'ers to the point we aren't left with anywhere to ride anywhere but illegal areas. Cleveland does NOT rock in all areas

Yeah, those ones. And I agree with Lightman about Ohio making a few parks around the state that are just for the use of ATV's. I wish I bought some land next to my house or something when my mom/dad built the house. I'm rippin up my backyard as it stands now.
