I heard that their is quad rodeos in ky, Does anybody know of any dates? Where? What is it all about?

 

Quad rodeos are very popular in this area and you can typically find one about every other weekend. Most of the time they are held in conjunction with local county fairs. Basically it is similar to a horse rodeo except performed on a four wheeler. You will usually have 4-5 different events that you run against the clock, fastest time wins. Typical events include barrel races, pole races, obstacle course, drag race, boot race, etc. Some events pay out money to the winners and others give out trophies, it usually depends on who is putting the event on. A couple weekends ago, I walked away with $300 from a local county fair. There is suppose to be one this Saturday night in Munfordville, Ky.
