Just got back from Pismo.

My trucj started to go surfing in high tide, but just the front wheels got wet.

Now who is going riding next weekend ?

Hey guys, I was invited to take the family up to Kennedy Meadows this weekend, Sept 3-7 and have never been there. Any info I find is all about motorcycles not quads. Has anybody been there and if so can you ride quads there? It looks like all the trails are for bikes only and all the pics show bikes and no quads. If anybody knows anything about this area please let me know. Thanks

 

hey mike did you have a good time in pismo? i had a blast! we didn't get wet because my bf and his friends that went with us dug a hugh trench and it worked. the dunes where choppy they kicked my @ss! i am so tired and sore today. i hate everybody[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] j/k

 

We've never thought of digging a trench . . . always worrying that the RV is parked too close to the water, but have gotten lucky with the tide. We're too afraid to park it back any farther because then we'll get stuck in the soft sand.

Can't wait to start "riding" again . . . maybe in another month or two . . . as soon as the river gets too cold and it's time to put the boat away. We're going to Parker Dam (Emerald Cove) for Labor Day weekend. I know it's going to be a zoo. My husband and his son both want to master "wakeboarding" a little more before it's time to get out the quads again.

if you dig one make sure no one falls in it. there were a few drunk ppl riding around in the water and you couldn't see the trench bcause it was filled to the top. lucky no one fell in it would have hurt. i want to go riding this weekend! i don't know where to go. probably to johnson valley or stoddard wells rd. anybody have some place better close to hesperia.
