When riding on public trails in Michigan is it law that you have to wear a helmet? I know you would want to wear one anyway but was just cuirous on the law.

 

YES, it is the law ,,,,, no 2 -up unless designed for either .....

$16.25 for your Mi. ORV sticker ... you can get these at most ATV dealers or suppliers ( walmart )

 

Thanks... so no other registration or any other crap like that? I know they have titles but didn't know if they needed to be "registered" also.

 

as long as you have your current Michigan sticker ( $16.25) your good to go !!!!!

we do have a law regarding age limits .......but have never seen it enforced .... only at park like silver lake or te mounds ...

they do have ASI safety certificates you can get from some training locally too if thats what your looking for
