Thor, Will you or Odin be coming up to ride. My E-Mail server crash over the weekend and I wanted to know if Jiggin Jack meant 8:30 central or eastern time to meet at Loretta. Also, Macm from Gwinn wanted to join in.

mac: we will be leaving at 8:30 a.m. central time. everyone is welcome.
directions- Go to Loretto Michigan. Just east of Norway. If you are heading toward Escanaba, turn left at Dannys Market (flashing yellow light) and if you are coming from Escanaba, turn right. Go approximately 1 mile. Cross the sturgeon river. Continue for about another 1/4 mile and you will come to a parking area on your left hand side. park there!
We will be taking the Black Creek trail, Cassidy creek orv trail, Norway truck trail, Merriman truck trail, and others! The ride will bring us to the Felch area for lunch at Solbergs gas and for more petro. Then go to the Groveland mine ponds and then back to where we started.
The ride will be about 80-100 miles long.
Bring your own beverage of choice!

Loretto Michigan is in the South central Upper Peninsula. Look at a map of the U.P. and then east of Iron Mountain about 12 miles

As far as I know I will be there. But it looks like i'm Comming by myself. That sounds like a good ride, What are the trails like mostly dust or is there some decent mud? Mac gave me his cell number, and I will bring my cell with me, So if everything works out I will see you guys there.

Hello Mac!

8/16/00 Just got back from Sturgis, South Dakota (World's Largest Motorcycle Rally). Wow, the crowd was unbelievable. Travelled 1,886 miles round trip. Sturgis and the Black Hills were fabulous.

Unfortunately, I do not have any vacation time left at this time and cannot take off on Friday to make the trip and enjoy the ride. I wish that I could be there, but the weekend would be just a little too short. Have a great ride!!
