Default Michigan Riders Rejoice new place is open!!

APP (aka the PITT) is now open for event rides!!! Started this past weekend and will be going on throughout the year! There were about 20 riders and it was hard to see where everyone was at! Plenty of trails, hill climbs (as steep as you wanna get) and dirt/sand drags!!! $7.00 admission, $20.00/quad or bike, and all day! Gotta have an 8ft flag, and fully function machine (these are checked fro brakes, leaks, etc.,etc.,) Of course helmets, long pants and some type of high top boot or shoe. Great place to ride and they sell parts there as well. See you out there just ask for the Sandcowboy I will be around!

Edwardsburg is located on US-12 about 20 miles east of Red Bud. Coming from South, US-31 North to US-12, then East for about 10 miles. We are near Elkhart,IN and South Bend,IN. I can give a better set of directions to APP if someone needs them.

The PITT is just shy of 100 acres. Believe I have ridden all over their property and it takes quite awhile to explore and get the most out of the riding areas. All the trails are clearly marked and easy to follow and new trails are constantly being made. See you out there!~

The quickest way from Laporte is to get on the toll road (I-80/90) East, then go north on US-31 to US-12, Go east on US-12 for about 15-20miles, just before getting to Edwardsburg, make a right onto Conrad Rd, go down 1/4mile and The PITT is on the left (cant miss it). There is a big sign on the corner of US-12 and Conrad. Their address is 598 Conrad Rd, Niles, MI 49120. Phone# 269-663-2512. Call them ahead of time for a schedule of event days.

I called this place, it seems they will only stay open if they can cover the overhead of the ins. If you are thinking about going, you should try to make it Saturday for the poker run. I have a stinkin wedding I have to go to so I don't know if I can make it. IF you live around there show some support for the riding area.

You are very right, so if you now of any clubs that are looking for a place to hold meetings and get togethers, give APP a call they can accomodate club only functions as well as their normal run of events.
