I just got a ticket from a new cop in town for riding my atv on the streets(live 4 blocks from trails!). I was wondering if Illinois has any way to register my atv, so I can ride the 4 blocks legaly. I already have insurance and my title, just not a license to ride on the street.

I have seen cops ride theres so there has to be a way! I have headlights and brakelights. Signals would take me about 2 hours to put on if I had to.
