Hey Prrick, I see you have a Blaster similar to the one I just sold. Well mine wasn't a 240, but I had the lid off, a Toomey, and reeds. Any way, what are you jetted at? I was running the jet needle supplied by Toomey, maybe middle clip I think, and a 310 main jet. I burned up 3 pistons and gave up on the Toomey B1. I could get it running well, no bog, good pick up, etc...... But used it for trail riding, so I was never on the gas for long. I know at least once it burned up with my son taking a 5 mile run @ 55mph. That sucker had to max'd out and burned up. I had out trail riding in winter and burned it up again. I know it should have been richened up for winter, but it seemed to run Ok @310. Shop told me I should have had a 340 or 360. That's huge
Really I think I made a bad choice for a pipe for the conditions I ride. The Toomey is mostly top end, but when you got on the power band that thing would scream. HOLD ON!!!
