Buck 183,

I heard there are some ATV trails around Siloam Springs Lake........any truth to this? Anything else around the area?

Thanks

There used to be at one time. The last I heard they fenced most of the lake area off. Seems to be a trend lately.

I used to ride there quite a bit in High School. It wasn't anything to brag about, but it was a place to ride.

Buck

We go to Gruber about once a year. If we dont have time to go to the San Bois Mountains, we will go to Gruber. Its pretty small and REAL rocky. Yes you will find ALOT of motorcycles(thats really the reason this place opened) and some Toyotas or Jeeps. It seems the big trucks will work to get out of your way, but the motorcycles have no respect for ya(well most of 'em). I stress again....it is small. 2 years ago, we got 50 feet off the "park" and got a tresspassing ticket from game warden. Now I know most of you will say its my own fault, but the fence had been torn down and the trail kept going in the woods. The game warden stepped out from behind a tree and wrote us tickets. If you look in my sig.....you can go to my pic's and there you will see a folder named "Camp Gruber". Check them out and tell me what you think. Oh....check out the "Kinta" pic's also and tell me what you think(these are the San Bois Mntn's).
