I've heard a lot about Milford. Never been there. I AM GOING this yr for sure. I keep sayin that but i never do.

New to riding last year. Usually ride at Perry. Don't like to ride by myself so am looking for others that ride usually on Saturday or Sunday, usually in the am. My wife only like to ride in her folks pasture, so she never goes along with me. Would like to try Milford or Tuttle Creek but don't know the area. As soon as it warms a little I'll be ready to make the trip over there.

If anyone know those areas and wouldn't mind an old man tagging along, let me know.

Hey Toad, how you doin? I ride at Perry a lot too when its warmer out. I also ride at our place. we got about 13 acres but it gets boring. The newest place I like to go to is Osawatomie. Its kind of far from me but well worth goin to. I go with a ton of people. You are more than welcome to come on down with us anytime. But I won't be goin there until it gets warmer out. I don't like goin far away from home when its cold out. Especially if I get wet and forget to bring extra clothes. I would also like to go to Milford or Tuttle creek. Never been to any of those places. I will definately let you know when we are gonna take a trip. I'll let everyone know who wants to go with us when we are goin.

 

I will be heading to Milford and Tuttle in Feb or March. I would be glad to show yall around them.

Hey KVR, have you've been to Deepwater? Its also called Coopers Creek, It is by the Truman lake Resovoir south of KC.

Thanks for the info. Where is Osawatomi? (spelling probably wrong). How big is the area? The only places I have been are Perry and over in Oakland are in Topeka. Oakland is a joke in teh summer. The weeds grow so high it's not real safe to ride there if there are allot of people around. Just about got clocked by a hord of 2 wheelers going like bats's from hell, so I stay away from there.

I have read about Milford and Tuttle and I heard that it's great. I think Tuttle's area has 4x4 trucks and such so it's not a safe as Milford. I think I got that right. I might have it backwards. Anyway, I really want to take a trip up there.

I have a 04 Honda Sportrax 250 and a 4x8 trailer so If someone wants, I can haul their ATV up there. I can't wait until it get's dry. I don't mind a little cold, 50's or higher. I just hate getting muddy. Takes me hours to powerwash everything before I put it up. Guess you get lazy when you get older. I was thinking along the same lines......wow....it's supposed to be almost 60 this weekend.......I'm gonna hafta get them out and play! I think I'm gonna go hit Gabriel Trails, hopefully it won't be too muddy.
