Is Maysville different than Wayne National Forest or is it part of the same place?

Regarding New Vienna...he's absolutely right...don't go THERE for trail riding. You'll be disappointed.

There is a private riding area in Maysville, Ky. I haven't been there but I want to check it out. There is another post about it in this forum.

Sunday is a busy day for me but tomorrow (9/16) about 10:30 ~ 1:00pm I'll be riding at the New Vienna MX track. '99 400EX with +2/+1 a-arms minus some plastic <--- tired of replacing it!

Haven't heard of that one. Livingston (aka Route 909) is a great place to go in KY.

Maysville sounds great. It's supposed to be 2000 acres but that's all I can find out about it. What do you know about the place. I don't have any stickers for my quads so until I get them I'm not able to ride on any state owned trails. You could really get lost in 2000 acres I bet.

I got my sticker yesterday. It took about twenty minutes and cost $8.75. It's good for 3 years. 2000 acres sounds like a good time. I sure hope that's right. I'll be trying to get lost for sure! :-) We got lost in The Black Hills of SD and we had a map! :-) We eventually found our way back though. The place in Maysville is called Bigrock, I think. I asked for directions in the other thread. Hopefully, I'll get a reply soon. If not, I'll try to call information to get a phone number. Worse comes to worse, there's somone that I work with that lives close to there. How would like to meet?

There is a group sponsoring a cleanup of Livingston sometime soon. I read about it on the web somewhere.

Bad day for me. Went to the New Vienna MX track this morning (9/16), crash the first time over the big double and bent a steering stem. Rode some more, nose dived twice at the smaller track on a lousy triples bending my a-arms' ball joints (both lowers), rode some more until I broke the swingarm. Only two weeks to get it back together for the Badlands trip. Time to empty the wallet.

There has been a change of plans for tomorrow. My friends dropped the ball and didn't get their stickers. So now, we're going to try to find Maysville tomorrow instead. I'll let you know what happens.
