MPR story of interest for MN riders

if it means bettering our sport, I'm all for it. For the few who ruin it for the rest of us, I say let's nail them where it hurts. If they can't ride responsibly, they shouldn't be riding. If you don't have a problem with riding responsibly, you have nothing to worry about.
