It is nice and has long trails like 35-40 miles. They have a lil sand pit with a few jumps. Its was fun but I went a few years back. I mostly ride at the dunes now. Was there a lot of riders at La Dunes?

Everybody has different tastes in riding areas but I think this place is well worth the trip. I get bored pretty quick at the dunes but at Camp Claiborne you can ride for two days and not go on the same trail twice. Most of the trails are set up in loops so eventually you will end up back at Camp. Years ago we could ride trails from there to where La dunes is now but I don't know if you still can. A GPS is a good thing to have here if you are not familiar with the trails. DONT make a trip all the way there if it has been raining because they are quick to close the trails when they get muddy. Erosion control I guess.
