Riding in Alexandria MN
Well my MN quad bros, If you live in or near Alexandria MN, lets trade riding spots, and maybe go riding together.
I know a good quad/bike dirt/field track by Lake Geneva.
Simple directions,
Leaving Alex, heading toward Osakis on 27, past ADS welding, turn Left on 81 by Centerpoint Powerstation. You should go accross the Snowmobile and bicycle trail. You will see a Natural Gas powerstation on your Left. You can park to the right of that.Or turn Left at the T section, continue towards the big Right turn, but turn left. Follow the drive and park in the open spot on the left.
To my knowledge this is considered Private land. But the owner has stated that he doesn't mind riders there. But he isn't responsible for damage or injuries. So wear a helmet and gear and Ride safely.
My buddy Daniel lives just across from the track and rides his Kawasaki 300 there all the time in the summer, along with his dad who now has a 500. I have taken my Honda 250 there many times this fall and winter and rode for good time, had no complaints etc.
Don't trash the area, or leave garbage, etc.
For more info go to http://www.gcextreme.com/ATV.html
If you want to meet up and go riding, email me gc_extreme@hotmail.com subject the email ATV Riding or it will be deleted.
Even if you dont have a way to get ur quad there, so what, i can help, i got a truck and trailer.
