CA Arrowhead mtn riding?
There is an extensive network of EXCELLENT trails behind Lake Arrowhead (between Pinnacles and Crab Flats), but unfortunately it has been closed since the fire. Rumor is that it will be open again in the near future.
Other than that, there are several dirt roads and a couple of trails that are legal to ride. You can camp at Crab Flats or Big Pine Flats, and ride right from your camp. Good way to beat the summer heat. Call the Big Bear Discovery Center, and ask them to send you a set of OHV trail maps, and get yourself a national forest map as well. (909) 382-2789
