Default Great Riding Location

A group of us ride a lot in the coal hills of PA, but once a year we plan a trip to a different location. In 2004 we went to Glamis, CA. This year we are going to upper Michigan. We would like some ideas for 2006. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

How about Sand mtn. Nev. From there it would also be worth the short trip to the sierras. Nothing beats a cool ride in the mountains.

Coming from sand mt., you could hit just about anywhere here in the central area. The Pipi valley, bear river resort area. http://www.bearriverlake.com/ The eldorado nf website has alot of info. There are hundreds, and hundreds of miles of forest service roads and trails. The tahoe nf, and the stanislaus nf areas are within easy reach of sand mountain also. You've also got the eastern side of the sierras also.
