There is private community that you can purchase a 1.25 acre deed/campsite in Frostproof Fl. It is about 70 miles of ATV riding ranging from mud to sand depending upon the time of year. This area is getting more popular by the day and the campsite have gone from about $1,200 to $3,500 in a years time. Everyone rides responsibly and waves as they pass by. You can have up to 4 people/trailers on each site and get 1 guest pass for each deed holder. Kids enter for free. You get a deed that is located somwhere on the property, but you pick an allocated campsite and register your deed to that location. You can a well drilled for water...

There is not a public restroom or water, but their is some things available at the front gate... Just take the turnpike west at Exit 193/Yeehaw Junction and go about 28 miles and you will make a left when the road splits and the site is on your immediate left.
