Others have mentioned Hatfield & McCoy. Supposed to be pretty awesome. I'd love to go, but they are 3,000 miles away for me so at this point a bit out of reach.

In California I love Hollister Hills & Miami Motorcycle Trails. Hollister is a state SVRA with awesome ammenities. Miami on the other hand is a Forest Service ran place and rather rustic. Great technical stuff.

Pismo is great if you like the beach too. For dunes, it's pretty small. Nothing really all that tall there if you're into hill shooting. For flat drags it's pretty cool with the Flats. In the winter the sand is pretty course and damn and paddles aren't required. In the summer the sand dries out and makes things a little more interesting...especially just getting in and set up. Though winter rains add a little spice to life in the form of The Creek.

Hungry Valley is also decent. I need to go more though. Only been once.
