Default Just back from Hatfield

I just got back tonight from HM...we spent the whole week there riding the Dingess Rum and Browning Fork trails...we had several mechanical mishaps but had a great time over all..unseasonable warm weather and low number of people made for a super time for all...we took tons of pics and videos which I will post soon....

Trail Carnage!!

05 Grizz- Oil plug fell out (!?) oil drained motor ran til locked up..towed back to trailer..found new oil plug at advance auto...filled with oil...voila! motor ran like a top rest of the week..i tell you a yamaha is HARD!!! lol

05 Eiger 400- Broke front right axle

2nd 05 eiger 400- Smashed into back of 05 grizz at 20mph smashed the whole front end back to the handle bars and had to winch the front clip back into place with 2 winches and a ****** block...damage to grizz?...cracked tail light lens..haha

03 Grizz- Broken right rear axle...overnighted a gorilla axle and replaced it...next day the dingo that installed the axle nut didnt tighten it enough and the wheel/hub flew off the side of the mountain on Dingess Rum near the coal piles...miraculously we found the wheel/hub and the axle nut! reinstalled with (and im not making this up we have it on video) a rock..pair of pliers fromstock grizz tool kit and a screwdriver...lol

99 Polaris 400 Scrambler- Broken throttle cable

I have nothing but good things to say about the HM trails and the people of Gilbert..Logan and Man...I would recommend this trip to ANYONE that has been contemplating it!

Glad you had a good time regardless of all your mechanical problems.
