Default never ride on core property

me and a few friends were ridin in the woods near allatoona lake and a park ranger stoped us and called the police and we had to wait there for 45 min for him to come and give us a court date this really sux what do u think they will do in court im only 15

idk abt there but in NY you get traffic tickets...like trespassing no insurance or no registration etc...140 bucks for me when i was 16...why did you sit there? if your getting in trouble you might as well try and run!

Default never ride on core property

Around here if there are any No Trespassing signs visible you can get some BIG fines, but if not usually the cops are real laid back and just let you go. We had a blizzard like 2 winters ago where the governor closed the roads down and me and a buddy went flying around town on his Raptors and no cops said anything.

I don't know what will happen in court dude...good luck though.

wow...if a cop in ny (genesee county atleast) as much as sees you unloading your machine thats not on private land or a friends land..your getten tickets no questions asked

neal,I just replied to you in "places to ride" topic and saw the outcome of you riding on corp property so theres no need to reply.Corp property is owned by the army corp of engineers and is always off limits to atvs.Being federal property I am guessing that depending if you have been caught before,you may get off with a warning the first time and big fines if ya get caught again.I live about 5 minutes from allatoona and I would love to ride there .Let us know what happens and good luck.
