Hey, any one from around here? Sherburn restricts riding all spring
so I want to ride now while I can. Any 1 know any good legal trails? I am
in Big Lake, and I don't want to trailer to ride. Thanks

Hey Im from Maple Lake and I put 40 miles on my AC in one day ditch riding. My buddy is coming over tomorrow to put some more miles on. I also know the trails in FootHills State Forest are open all year to ATV's if you want to drive a couple hrs to get there.

Looks like theres alot of ditch riding, north and west of Elk river. About the only thing, which is close, and open now, is nemadji. I was there, two weekends ago, and it was a blast. It isnt groomed, and was icy and smooth.

Hey, thanks guys. It is nice to see that someone else lives
in Minnesota. I have been riding ditches for a while,Not very challenging.
The occasionaly snowmobiler to pass, but thats about it.
So, nemadji ya say, is that up by like Superior or Duluth?
I haven't been north for a while. I go to Millacs usally.
Any directions you can give me? I grew up outside of sandstone, in cloverton.
So, I think I know where you are talking about. Is there alot of trails there?

its not far from sandstone, check out the mn dnr website, for the location. There are tons of trails, both wide and narrow. Its alot of fun for sliding and roosting.

I will have to check them trails out on the dnr site.
Im from minneapolis, so i have to trailer it up all the time lol.
We usually ride in northfield at the atv park. We used to ride in the gravel pits off 169 for many years.
That was big time fun. But to many houses around now, and lota complaints.

No ididnt see that. I talked to a guy there last summer who was working on the pit with the tractor and he told us about it.
But I just emailed the dnr showing my support for the TRI COUNTY ATV PARK.
And i also emailed my friends about it. They are doing the same thing.
Thanks for letting me know
