I'm down in Leesburg VA and currently drive to Randelstown to run a few places. Private land that I can use only with my Brother in Law. I'm looking for riding spotscloser to home where I can let my boys go with me. 50 CC sport. . Someone mentioned New Market. I grew up out there and most of the farm land is homes now. Can someone share with me 2. I'm a novice quad rider so need some progressive stuff. I got in over my head on sat and dumped my new toy.

 

I would to check out this place in New Market too. What kind of riding is it? Trails in the woods, dunes, MX track?

Since we have a few local spots on the scope lets put together a round robin. I'm new to the game and will be glad to show up anywhere within about 2 hrs of home in Leesburg. I think Hancock should be the first place to go since Sam started this post. Then next to New Marked and then down to Mt Airy. I'm going to check out my old hood off Barthalows RD to see if any of my old haunts are still left. Lets use this thread to orginize a rind in March in 2 or 3 weeks.

 

sam showed me some of the hancock trails last sat. i didn't stay long it was real cold. i can ride during the week in the morning untill 1 30, then i have to go to work. my off days are fri and sat.

 

What did you think of the area on Sat jroffroad? We didnt get to see that much of the trails. I found another area on the other side of the tracks after you left. It was too cold to do much exploring. We should try it again when it gets warmer. Until then I will go back and explore a little deeper. I thought I saw a cave on the other side also, I'm gonna check out.
Let get a whole gang together, That would be great.

 

i liked the trails. my cousin and i are planning on going there next thursday morning, if we have good weather.

 

Does anyone want to ride on Sat? Weather Channel calls for rain. Weatherbug says low 50s and clear. ?????????????

 

it's possible for me to go. i might take the wifes 250. it can go all day on a tank of gas!!! try and do some exploring.
