How many of you have insurance and registration on your quad? The law is more liberal towards you if you have them.

Just curious. And yes, I do have both.
Registration only cost $10 and full coverage insurance with State Farm cost me $118. for the year

A cheap price to pay considering what a ticket will cost you if you're caught on state property/roads without it.

Most of the guys in my riding group have both. You need this to ride in state parks in PA.

Where do you all ride in PA? I think the closest spot is the Delaware state forest. Is it worth the ride? How many trails?

As for the guy with insurance through State farm, are you sure that covers you off your own property? It sounds cheap and I didn't think State Farm wrote true ATV insurance.

My quad is registered but not insured. ATV insurance is not mandatory in PA as previously posted. I am not against it being mandatory though as I think it would eventually lead to opening more trails for us by taking the liability away from landowners.

As long as NO minors will be operating the ATV, State Farm has a policy for them.

Both my quads are insured by progressive. Age of rider was not a factor, just my are as owner.
