Has anyone ridden the Markagunt ATV trails near Duck Creek Village/Brian Head/Panguitch?

I have the nice trail map that the folks at Duck Creek Village put together, but I would like to know what the trails are like.

Are they easy? Appropriate for family rides? (my wife drives a quad, me and kids are on dirt bikes)
Are they rocky/technical/advanced? If so, which trails or sections are the tough ones?
Are they fun?
Which are the best/funnest trails?
Which are the least fun?

I am planning a father's and son's outting for late August with my 19 and 22-year old sons. We are all intermediate+ riders. Would this be a good destination for that type of ride? Or would it be too easy and boring? Or too rocky?

Any advice would be appreciated.
