well dude, if your looking for a great place to ride visit new hampshire. about 30 min west of bethel maine there is a town in nh called berlin, berlin has 2 very large atv parks with everything from tight rocky trails to wide open trails and everything inbetween. we have about 100 miles of trail and there are 2 more parks within 40 min of berlin. i dont know where your land in oxford is, but in my opinion the nh riding is alot better than the riding in maine. as of now the parks are run what u brung, but i here one of the parks is tossing arount the idea of quite pipes only (loud pipes save lives tho):-(.
its 56 bucks to register in nh, game wardens are out on the weekends!! but you can also ride vermont with a nh sticker.

don't listen to this guy and the bs hes sellin about nh. its dead Atv ridin place. berlin has 30 miles of trails. ya theres a few other places in the north with governed speed limits. 10-20 mph makes who happy on the trails. hmmmm
In southern maine . u have the waterboro area. theres a bunch of clubs that all connect. easy 80 miles plus ride. with maine u never have to register in nh again. theirs no need!
