I am in Mesquite. Usually ride at Rural Shade in Kerens (Corsicana). I've been to Red River, it's cool but kinda far away. Another place is Rocky Ridge in Sanger (Denton). There are a few more place in East Texas. Been a while since I rode and since I've been on this site. Summers at the Lake and Winters 4 wheelin'.

Nice place about 100 miles north of Dallas is Lake Murray in Ardmore, OK.

Very nice camping area. Sewage/water/elec hookups as well as primitive sites. Bathrooms and showers on site.

I live in Palestine. My top spots are Double Zero ATV Ranch (you'll fall in love with the 12 acre slough) River Run in Neches, and Pool Ranch Athens.

I live in Rowlett, just bought my first quad. Honda Rancher 420ES. The only place I've been to so far is outside Royce City at Brushy Creek. It has a MX track, some mud and some wooded trails with creek crossings. Not real big but good for week days after work with my son. I'm looking for people to ride with if interested let me know.

Hey Jeff, I'm always ready looking for people to ride with around town. I've never been to brushy. I live in Garland and venture off mostly to SE Oklahoma and Jacksonvile to River Run Park. Keep me in mind if you ever want to ride.

Hey Julie,

Good to hear from you. Last week Maxim Honda (formerly Plano Honda) had a customer appreciation ride in Muenster, Tx. It was the best place I've riden so far. I believe it is over 1500 acres, sand, river crossings, and wooded trails. It has over night camping but, unfortunately, no bathrooms yet (porta-potties). If the weather holds this week I am taking my son there Saturday / Sunday.
If you've never been there you should definately plan a trip up there. It's about 2 hours from Rowlett up 35E.

Will keep in touch regarding future rides.

Jeff
