Anywhere a few hunderd miles from DC. There some mountains maybe one hour west of there, surely some company has a set up like:

</a>
or

I've been web searching, but haven't found anything in VA.

The only place out near Front Royal is Taskers Gap / Peters Mill, run by the Park Service (George Washington National Forest). Easy to get to, designed as ATV trails. $ 5 fee. Parking but no vending/snacks. About 20 minutes south of Front Royal off I-81, take the Woodstock Exit.
Peters Mill is a easy to moderate 8-mile run Wide enough for Jeeps, some rocks. Taskers Gap on the parking lot side is much rockier, and slower. Do-able on 2WD quads except for a few sections.
The ATV trail adjacent to Peters Mill is a Rock Garden. You should have a 4x4 and enjoy traveling at 2 mph if you go on that trail.
There is the Southern Maryland ATV Park south of DC in Budds Creek, off 301. A nice 1 mile groomed MX track and 22 miles of trails that are fun (single track all). $ 50 fee to ride for the day. Concession stand and very tidy, clean park.
Other than that, its a major trek out to either Rausch Creek in PA (or Tower City), or Hatfield - McCoy in WV.
have fun!
