Guess maybe we'll run into some of you fella's after the first of the year or so....
Perhaps we could schedule a riding day and have a bunch there at the same time?

You can contact Donna at dkemfort@ptd.net She takes care of all of the permits. You have to keep in mind a few things. This is a coal mining company not an ATV trail place so Reading Anthracite will give you very little info. There office is in Pottsville, PA. Basically you have to go to their office in person M-F 8-4 with your registration and proof of insurance to get a permit. At that point they will give you a map of the county and a list of all of the tax parcels that they own and a website to view the parcels. That's it. Ask them any question and you will get an "I don't know". Frustrating at first however in my opinion it is good in the long run because you really do have free run of the place and as long as you are not an *** they completly leave you alone. The trails go on for ever and do leave RAC property however. I have ridden miles and miles of trails and found out that I was actually on township property. Oh well!! It really is a great place to ride. This is our first year as members and we have only touched a small percentage of where you can ride. Go to google earth and enter St. Clair PA and just look in all directions at the trails. Good Luck

To hell with google earth, go to bing maps. you will see alot better close up clarity. Google earth is blury and dated. Google earth is like an old commodore 64 as bing maps is like a brand new pc with intel core 2 duo. See foryourself at bing maps. Only thing good about google earth is you can measure distances.

Just checked out that Bing maps and your right... for the Trevorton area... and for my house... WOW.. that is nice. For other areas like western MD, I think Google Earth is still better. I looked at my dads house and KC and LOL I was able to count the cars/trunks/boats/motorhomes and other junk he has laying around his yard. For some places that is amazing. My dad is a big man, and I would bet if he was out mowing I would have seen that as well.
