Riding in Gore VA

Riding in Gore VA
Anyone out there know anything about the Gore VA area and where the trail head starts. I've heard there are about 50 miles of trail, and know where Gore is located, but don't know much else. Would appreciate any info.

Thanks. Checked it out this past weekend. The boys had great time.. said there were lots of rocks to climb.
