NEW Puget Sound/Seattle/Northwest area riders MEET HERE!!! thread
Yea the sporties are fun in the sand, but you can't beat the Renegade for speed and it is so smooth. With the paddles on the back it will climb out of any thing. You look down at the speedo and relize you at 70 MPH and it only feels like 45 MPH. I keep right up with Eric on the 525 untill he hits the woops, but as soon as we're thru them I get right back on his tail. I can get alot more air on it also.
Had a blast at beverly ...sunny and warm about 68-70 got a little sun burned.... windy as heck in the morning and then calmed down...Smooth sand and not super crowded....The new extremes on 8" wheels hook up a ton better than my old standard haulers....Raced a couple "built" banshees and yfz's...They only pulled me by a bike length and it was all out of the hole they would get a two bike jump on me...then my frontend would come back down and I would run them down but we were only racing 100'...Oh well time for an extended swing arm....On the way back we stopped at the easton saloon that Rays buddy owns for dinner...I won $150 on pull tabs with a $30 investment and Ray won $125 on a $28 investment....One of the best day trips ever!!!!
sounds like a good day!! I miss Easton
