in July Bill and I will be celebrating 14 years of greatness. Not bad for only knowing each other for 5 months before we decided to get hitched during our lunch break on a Monday.

YOU GO VAL you'll be up & running in no time
She got her left knee replaced, she'll probably get her right knee replaced December. There's nice cushy slings your leg rests on, it basically moves your knee from full extension to a bend of up to 115 degrees. It's not bad at all, lay down, put your leg in it, strap your foot in and watch tv or take a nap for a couple of hours. The first speed is extremely slow and even the fifth is not all that fast. It really helps keeping scar tissue down to a minimum along with expanding your range of motion, which is extremely important.

You also have to sleep with a full leg brace for a month to keep your leg extended. Without the brace, you will lose full extension of your knee. Val hates the brace, it's a tough foam fabric with 8 velcro straps, wraps around your leg, get it nice and snug and crawl in bed.

The very same story here too... you and Val knew that though. We started inter-office dating in '93, got married in 2000.

We bought rings, but since both of us were married before, we didn't see the need for a fancy wedding... and just kept putting it off. Then we were on our way to Coeur d'Alene from Lewiston and called my Dad and his wife "Do you want to go to a wedding?". She said sure, who's and when, we said ours and in an hour...

Wow! Long time friends before you married. You must have known each others families as well. I think that helps a lot. Linda and I went thru high school together and ran with the same group but never dated. Her dad and I were good friends and we got together after high school.

Good Morning PSAR!

Seems like a lot of folks been together for awhile. Nothing better than a good marriage.

Rain yesterday, raining today. We poured cement yesterday but it's all under a roof so no problems.

Gotta haul trash to the dump today. Oh Joy, what fun!

Have a fun day.

Mike
