NEW Puget Sound/Seattle/Northwest area riders MEET HERE!!! thread
good mornin everyone, well got a call from the fixit guy it is the crank and it scared a sleve or something like that, for the price of all this fixing i could have upgraded my bike this year oh well maybe next year.
I'm pretty cheap too. Depending on the job... Normaly $35 an hour
Good Morning PSAR!
Wow! I slept in till six and then did some stuff in the garden and still no one is around. What a bunch of sleepy heads. 8>)
Drove down to Donald, Or yesterday and picked up an older Bolens G14 garden tractor with a 44" tiller. Much heavier piece of equipment for garden work than the Cub Cadet "Big 10" we have been using. This one has the hydraulics, live PTO and all the good stuff on it. Now we'll put a hitch on the Cub and use it to pull the brush beater. Make life easier on my quad.
If you're going down I-5 take the time to stop at the Donald Cafe and have lunch or whatever. The are open 6 AM to 2 PM and the food is really great. I think the exit is 278 but do a Google map to make sure. Just a couple miles off the freeway. Really little place and super friendly folks.
Got to go unload the "new" tractor and do the oil changing, gearbox checking routine.
Have a super day.
Mike
