Good Morning PSAR!

I've noticed there have been few rides scheduled up that way. I'm getting more seat time just putting around the place than you folks seem to be getting. Does this mean there will be some quads for sale cheap? You guys need to get out and get muddy.

Happa, Bing is right on on that drywall stuff. Get those studs lined up so the wall is good and straight. Especially if you are doing a slick finish or are going to be having lamps close to the wall. Where you have two studs out of line close to a corner and a window on the other side of them it probably won't show as much due to curtains and the like. Even then you want to be close.

Prefilling is when you have gaps that the tape doesn't cover well. I use one of the 90 minute muds for this. You can also buy SJ board that has the normal taper on the edges plus a rounded edge to leave a rounded "V" between the boards. Used to see a lot of this as it gave a really solid joint when the "V" was prefilled with quick mud. The extra step and the higher cost made it more expensive to put up but I liked the way it finished off. Used a lot of it when we remodeled the big house here at the farm. Then SWMBO decided she wanted rosewood paneling over a bunch of it. Fun adding another half inch to a wall when you didn't plan on it.

There, that covers the quading and home improvement sections. Now for the commercial. I've got a garden tractor with a tiller on the back. Be ready in about a month. Runs good and looks bad. Tires hold air but will need to be replaced probably within a year or two. No mower deck but I'm looking for one to fit. Allis Chalmers brand with a 10 horse Wisconsin engine. $300.00 or $350.00 delivered to Seattle area.

Also, I'm looking for old garden tractors and attachments if anyone knows of such setting behind a shed, in a garage or such. I'm finding quite a few people have these setting around that quit running or they lost interest in. Another hobby slowly getting out of control. But it's fun.
