Yea, he's working on one thats a short sale. 6 bedroom. Current owner owes $450,000 he offered $325,000, they accepted and now it's up to the bank to decide if they can take the loss.

Good Morning PSAR!

Anyone miss me? Gone for a few days and a new guy shows up, Chris tries to wear out the pavement with his face, Larry visits Capital Hill and ends up sore, people buying houses, DM getting sick so what's next?

Bought a couple more tractors, got the grandsons quad out and he's wearing out the area with it, moved the new washing machine and dryer into the new laundry room, SWMBO is liking that, and got about an acre or a little more tilled up for the garden. Starter/Generator died on the tiller tractor but have one coming, should be here monday, and will finish the tilling then. All told with new lawn areas and garden we have about three acres to work up.

Been up in the mountains with the quad fixing fence and looking things over. The folks that are buying the place are having some financial troubles and it's starting to look like we may have to call a halt to that deal. Sure hate the thought of that but they are starting to talk in that direction. Some of their other investment income has taken a hit and they are wanting to cover there loss.

Have a good day.

Mike

Good Evening PSAR!

This link showed up on a tractor forum I visit. Thought it may save one of our fellow quaders sometime.

Good Morning PSAR

Gonna work around the house today then take it easy tonight. Riding in the Daffodil Classic out of Orting tomorrow, taking the 100 mile route. That'll be a total of 230 miles ridden this week, not bad for an old man

Hope everybody has a great day

Good Evening PSAR!

What a beautiful day we are having! Been mid 60's since about 9:30 this morning with just a bit of west wind. Started the tiller tractor with a pull rope on the front pulley and did a bunch more tilling. Mowed the front yard and found a few "treasures" the grandsons had left out over winter. Couple of little cars got damaged very badly.

Anyone want a kitten? We have four that are ready for new homes. Cute little suckers but they have a habit of turning into cats.

Be careful with all that bike riding Larry. Don't want you tearing up any asphalt with your chin. I don't see how you can ride that many miles, makes me hurt just thinking about it.

Have a good evening folks.

Mike

I'll be careful for sure Nice thing about these organized rides is they have medical support, rest stops with drinks, food and porta potties. It'll be my first one, not sure what to expect, suppose it won't be that much different than a quading poker run
