Looks like I can get an OEM steering stem on eBay for $49.95 + $9.95 shipping. Used ones are on eBay for practically the same price so I'll go new.
I am currently the high bidder on a headlight assembly for $26.00 and was just outbid on a full set of Maier yellow plastics for $51.00

It trashed the from plastic. the headlight assembly and bent the steering stem. It also would not start and I had to be pulled to the staging area!

Time to look on eBay for parts!!!</end quote></div>

Sloemo has/had a complete extra headlight setup. I have a bunch of spare plastic, good enough to use at Walker. PM Andy and see what he has left of that stuff.

If you go that route, I have the mentioned Maier side panels. They are brand new but wont fit the stock fender good enough for me to use. They are yellow and free, to you, if you use them.
